Regarding the delivery service zone:
Currently, our delivery services are only available for locations within the UK.
Orders to mainland UK are typically processed within 1-2 working days and delivered within 3-5 working days. However, delivery may take longer for items that require customisation or White Glove Delivery service. For specific details, please refer to the estimated processing and delivery times listed on the relevant product page.
For UK destinations outside mainland UK, additional charges and longer delivery times may apply.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In the event of a high order volume, shipments may experience delays of a few days. Please allow for extra transit time. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

Damages
We kindly ask that you carefully inspect all items upon delivery, even if you don't intend to use them right away. This will allow us to assess the situation and advise you on the next steps.

Revom e-bikes come with a 24 month warranty on all components except the battery which has a 6 month warranty.
