What is the shipping cost?
We offer free delivery on orders of £500 or more. For orders under £500, the shipping cost is £20. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including American Express, Bitcoin, Apple Pay, Google Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa.
Is it secure to shop here?
Yes, your financial information is secure. All online purchases are made on an SSL-secured website. Once you place an order, your details are encrypted and securely forwarded to the credit card company for final clearance. We do not store your credit card information on our systems.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We aim to ship orders within 48 hours (Monday to Saturday). If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@topdogbikes.com with your full name and order number.
What if I entered the wrong address or details?
If you need to update your address or any other information, please email us at info@topdogbikes.com, and we will assist you in making the changes.
Can I get a refund if the product doesn't work or something goes wrong?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item or the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it. For more details, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel or amend your order, or part of it, as long as the order hasn’t entered the dispatch process. If you cancel, you will receive a full refund, including postage, via your original payment method. If your order has been dispatched, you can refuse delivery, and the item will be returned to us as undeliverable. You will receive a refund for the item, though the cost of outward shipping will still apply
Can I exchange or return an item?
We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns:
The item must have been sold on our online store.
The item shouldn’t have been used in any way.
The item should be in its original packaging with all the tags etc.
The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery.
