THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR UK ORDERS.

Upon placing an order, you will receive updates on its status and shipping details, along with the tracking number (via email) once the order has been dispatched.
Regarding the delivery service zone:
Currently, our delivery services are only available for locations within the UK.
Orders to mainland UK are typically processed within 1-2 working days and delivered within 3-5 working days. However, delivery may take longer for items that require customisation or White Glove Delivery service. For specific details, please refer to the estimated processing and delivery times listed on the relevant product page.
For UK destinations outside mainland UK, additional charges and longer delivery times may apply.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In the event of a high order volume, shipments may experience delays of a few days. Please allow for extra transit time. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Please note that we only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Occasional delivery delays may occur.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
Top Dog Bikes ship only to physical addresses within the UK.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Top Dog Bikes are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping (such as tariffs or taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
We kindly ask that you carefully inspect all items upon delivery, even if you don't intend to use them right away. If you notice any damage, please email clear photos and/or videos to info@topdogbikes.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. This will allow us to assess the situation and advise you on the next steps.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
