Returns-Cancelling Order
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@topdogbikes or call us on 01823 778 189, ensuring you include your order number. If the order has not yet been dispatched from the manufacturer's warehouse, we can stop the shipment and issue a refund promptly.
Please note: When returning a product, it must be in its original packaging, in an ‘as new’ condition, with all components included. A return charge will apply.
Returns – Damages & Faulty Items
We kindly ask that you inspect all items thoroughly upon delivery. If an item is visibly damaged, we advise refusing the delivery.
If damage is discovered after delivery, please email clear photos of the damaged item to info@topdogbikes.com, and we will initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.
For bikes that develop a fault through normal use (as outlined in the manufacturer's manual), you may be eligible for a repair or replacement under warranty. Please provide details of the fault to info@topdogbikes.com, and we will coordinate with the manufacturer to arrange the repair or replacement.
Please note: Faults caused by misuse of the bike are not covered by the warranty. To avoid voiding your warranty, ensure you read the manufacturer’s manual thoroughly before using your e-bike.
