RETURNS POLICY
Damages
We strongly recommend that you thoroughly inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, please do not accept the delivery. Should you discover damage after acceptance, please provide clear photos of the damaged items and email them to info@topdogbikes.com. This allows us to initiate an insurance claim on your behalf.
IMPORTANT: Retain the original box and packing materials for at least 14 days after delivery in case a return becomes necessary.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders canceled more than 48 hours after being placed may incur additional fees. If the order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at checkout or via direct bank transfer.
We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Returns for reasons related to size, weight, or product specifications are accepted solely at the company's discretion. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@topdogbikes.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
As an example, for the return of a bike you will be charged £30 + VAT (Fedex) for a boxed bike and £100 +VAT (BSUK) for a fully built bike to be returned.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method or via direct bank transfer within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us at info@topdogbikes.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This allows us to assess the issue and take appropriate action.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return. If you have any concerns or questions about the return eligibility of a specific item, please contact us for clarification.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
14-Day Cooling-off Period
In addition to the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without providing a justification. The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is required.
