SHIPPING POLICY

Order Confirmation & Delivery

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorize your payment card, but your card will not be charged at this stage.

Once we confirm that your item is ready for shipment, we will proceed to charge your card, and your order will be dispatched. You will receive tracking details via email within 24 to 48 hours after your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking information within 2 working days, please contact us at info@topdogbikes.com so we can assist you.

Note: We only deliver to the United Kingdom mainland.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Orders of £500.00 GBP or more qualify for free shipping.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below £500.00 GBP incur a delivery charge of £20.00 GBP.


Delivery Times

  • Order Handling Time: 0 to 2 days

  • Transit Time: 2 to 5 days

Our Couriers: We use reputable couriers such as DPD, UK Mail, DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure secure and timely deliveries.


Upon Delivery

We recommend that you thoroughly inspect your items at the point of delivery. If you notice any damage, we advise you not to accept delivery of the damaged items. Instead, please take clear photos of the damaged items and send them to info@topdogbikes.com. This will enable us to file an insurance claim on your behalf.

Important: Retain the original packaging and materials for at least 14 days after delivery. This is essential in case a return is required.


Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders canceled within 12 hours of being placed will not incur any fees.

  • If you cancel your order after 12 hours, additional fees may apply.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, you (the buyer) are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.
